Junior Group Training sessions, based on the gym floor, suitable for those age 11 to 15 years.
This instructor led session helps to explore and learn about exercising in a safe environment, discovering new ways to exercise, feel fitter and stronger.
This 45-minute session includes learning to use Jump Boxes, Slam Balls and Ropes.
