Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Wave Leisure Trust Limited will be held via Zoom from its Registered Office at:
Downs Leisure Centre
Sutton Road
Seaford
East Sussex
BN25 4QW
on Wednesday 8th December 2021 commencing at 3:00pm
The format of the meeting will be as follows:
- Annual General Meeting
- Public Question and Answer Session
The Annual General Meeting will deal with the following business:
- To consider the 2020/2021 Accounts
- Appointment of Chairman
- Reappoint Trustees
- Appointment of New Trustees
- Appointment of Co-opted Trustees
- Reappoint the Trust’s Auditors
The Board of Trustees would like to invite members of the general public to join the first part of the meeting to answer any question regarding the business.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, the meeting will be held via Zoom. If you wish to join the meeting, please contact Jackie Marzetti who will provide the Meeting details.
