Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of Wave Leisure Trust Limited will be held at its Registered Office at:

On Monday 5th December 2022 commencing at 3:00pm.
The format of the meeting will be as follows:
• Annual General Meeting
• Public Question and Answer Session
The Annual General Meeting will deal with the following business:
• To consider the 2021/2022 Accounts
• Appointment of Chairman
• Reappoint Trustees
• Appointment of New Trustees
• Appointment of Co-opted Trustees
• Reappoint the Trust’s Auditors
The Board of Trustees would like to invite members of the general public to join the meeting to answer any question regarding the business.
