Family Swim Sessions

Whether you are looking for ways to get the family more active or just something to keep them entertained, we've got sessions in the pool which are great for children and adults to come and play.

Our family sessions are drop in, so no need to book just turn up!

Children under 8 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Find out more about our admissions policy here.

Family Splash Zone

Our Family Splash Zone session enables children to have active play time in the swimming pool.

Each session has either floats or our large inflatable in the pool, to encourage imaginative play, active games or just fun pool time.

Family Splash Zone is available during school holidays and weekends at Lewes Leisure Centre, Seahaven Swim and Fitness Centre in Newhaven and Seaford Head Swimming Pool.

Open Family Swim

Our Open Family Swim session enables children and families to have time in the swimming pool together.

With access to the whole pool, its a great time for families to have swim practice together or to make the most of just being in water and playing.

Open Family Swim is a drop in session, with no need to book available at Lewes Leisure Centre, Seahaven Swim and Fitness Centre in Newhaven and Seaford Head Swimming Pool.  

Get Wet & Wacky

Our Wet & Wacky session means it is inflatables time!

Each of our pools have inflatables which are like having a bouncy castle in the pool, creating a party like atmosphere for children jump, bounce and swim in.

Inflatable sessions are also available to hire for private parties. Just ask in centre for more information.

Get Wet & Wacky is a drop in session, with no need to book, availble at Weekends at Lewes Leisure Centre, Seahaven Swim and Fitness Centre in Newhaven and Seaford Head Swimming Pool.  

For reasons of safety, attendance numbers at this session are capped and maybe subject to chanage within our timetables.
