Lane and open swim sessions with Wave provide opportunities to have time in the pool either with family, friends or just to have some time focused on yourself. Time in the pool helps to build water confidence, develop skills and aids towards improved health and fitness, no mater what your age.

Our Fitness Swim sessions are created for swimmers who will be continually swimming for Fitness and Stamina.
The pool will have up to five lanes in use, 2 x fast, 2 x Medium and 1 x slow lane.

Fitness Swim is available to book online, via the app or to drop in, according to availability.
This session is suitable to those aged 11 years and above.
Lane Swim sessions are designed for swimmers who prefer to swim at a slower pace in lanes.
The pool will have doubles lanes, to provider a larger swimming lane, 1 x Medium and 1 x Slow, with a single fast lane.
Lane Swim is available to book online, via the app or to drop in, according to availability.
For leisurely swimmers this session is suitable for those aged 11 year and above.
Swim for All sessions are available to welcome all swimmers and abilities.
The pool will have a single fast and a single medium lane to enable those who prefer to lane, but will also include an open section for free flow swimming.
Swim for All is not available to pre-book but is a drop in only session.
Swim for All is open for all pool users and swimmers.

60+ Swim sessions are available for those aged 60 years and over to have time in the pool.
The pool will have a single fast lane, a single medium lane, and an open section for free flow swimming.
60+ Swim is available to book online, via the app or to drop in, according to availability.
For leisurely swimmers aimed at those who are aged 60 years or over.
Therapeutic Swim sessions are aimed at disabled pool users and pool users who require, and enjoy, a calm and relaxing environment.
The sessions are capped at 20 swimmers to ensure a positive experience whilst in the pool, in a quieter and less busy environment.
Therapeutic Swim is available to book online, via the app or to drop in, according to availability.

#ThisGirlCan sessions are aimed at encouraging females into physical activity. The pool will have a single fast lane, a single medium lane, and an open section for free flow swimming.
Therapeutic Swim is available to book online, via the app or to drop in, according to availability.

Relaxa Swim is aimed at swimmers who are looking for a relaxing and calm environment to help feel more confident and independent, whilst enjoying the benefits of swimming and being in water.
