Accessibility in our centres

At Wave, we want to make sure everyone can visit our centres with confidence. With this in mind, we've created accessibility audits for our sites listing all aspects of accessibility including; 

• Planning your visit
• Parking and arrival
• Reception and access
• General space and swimming pools
• Toilets and changing rooms
• Stairs, steps and lifts
• Noise and lights

We hope that the information in these audits helps you to plan and enjoy your visits with us. From time to time some features may be out of order as they require maintenance. We advise checking with the centre before travel if you require a certain feature to enjoy our facilities.

Accessibility on our website

At Wave, we want to ensure our website is inclusive of everybody who uses it. With this in mind, in October 2020 we will begin an accessibility audit to identify areas of accessibility improvement on www.waveleisure.co.uk. The findings from this audit will be put into action soon after. We aim to have any improvements live before January 2021.
