We have changed to a new system for bookings, Wave Swim School and our tills.
- All online bookings are now made via: https://waveleisure.leisurecloud.net/Book You will need to set up a new password, follow the steps in our FAQ.
- If you cannot set up a new password, it may be because we do not have a current email address for you. Please email info@waveleisure.co.uk with your membership details and our team will be happy to help.
- Our previous Online Bookings site (www.wavebooking.co.uk) no longer works.
- Bookings rights have increased to: non members 5 days, Bookings Cards 10 days, members 14 days
- Classes are now available to book online each day from 6am, rather than midnight, following customer feedback
- Our new Wave Swim School Portal is available here: https://waveleisure.leisurecloud.net/Homeportal You will need to re-register to use the site. Follow the steps in our FAQ.
- We may need to take a new photo of you in centre for our records
- Unfortunately, are no longer be able to take payments by American Express or Discover Cards
